hello! I’m Kearsten!

I love the work I get to do. I love partnering with my clients to pursue goals and seek actual change. Having been in private practice for over three years now, I’ve had the privilege of walking with a number of clients through the toughest seasons of life. I don’t take lightly the privilege it is to carry burdens alongside my clients, and help them move toward health individually, and in their relationships.

In the earlier days of my career, I spent time working with college-aged students battling anxiety, depression, and complicated family dynamics. I led group therapy at Denver Rescue Mission, as well as at My Quiet Cave. Since starting my therapy practice, I have worked with men and women who are experiencing anxiety, trauma, complex family dynamics, deep hurt in relationships/friendships, as well as those who are seeking to make overall improvements to their mental health. I also specialize in working with those who are seeking to integrate Christian faith into their mental health.

In my free time, I love to read, ski, play games, travel, and hang with my golden retriever, Sunny. I’ve lived in Denver for nearly a decade, and genuinely care for this city & the people in it. I love to explore and see all that Colorado has to offer!
