I’m so glad you are here.
In life we have all experienced anxious thoughts, disappointments, and conflict within our relationships. These challenging parts of life can prevent us from living freely and fully. Sometimes we need a little help engaging with our past experiences and emotions to pursue hope and healing.
That’s where I come in - as a fellow (imperfect, broken) human, I will sit with you, offering hope, empathy, warmth, and steadiness as we process the unique intricacies of your life - the very things that make you, you.

COMPASSION
Compassion is defined as “sympathetic consciousness of others' distress, with a desire to alleviate it.” While nobody has lived or experienced your exact circumstances in life, we all know the feeling of compassion. It’s the sincere care that someone has for you and the details of your life. It’s the desire to help you experience relief from your circumstances. As a therapist, I mindfully bring compassion into every session, seeking to be attentive to your story, with intention to help.

PRESENCE
In a culture marked by distraction, it is crucial that we learn how to be slow, steady, unrushed, and present with those around us. No phones, no distractions, no competing voices for our attention. We all know the feeling of sharing intimate details of our life when the person listening picks up their phone and tunes you out. It’s deeply hurtful, and contributes to the pain of feeling unseen and unvalued. When you are in session with me, I am fully with you - listening attentively to you and your story.

SAFETY
One of the primary ways our brain heals is through experiencing safety in relationships. Safety in therapy means being authentic and vulnerable, bringing every part of who you are to the table. I will work to earn your trust by creating a space free of judgment, shame, or fear. While experiencing safety in the therapeutic relationship, your body will be able to regulate emotions and heal. This will lead to the transformation and change you are seeking.
